Children Of Promise

Children of Promise is an orphan project and the biggest project Branch Ministries has stepped into, and unfortunately the slowest to develop. Branch Ministries has been given land by the government of Botswana to begin constructing an orphan care center. When the project is complete it will accommodate and care for 180 orphans, in individual homes (housing up to 12 children) built on this site. This will allow children to receive individual care to help meet their emotional and spiritual needs as well as restore a family unit.

In addition to caring for children a Christian School and Vocational Training Center will also be built on this site in the future. Farming will also be done to help with the needs such a project creates.

We are now in the infancy stages of this project. Currently land clearing and a  perimeter fence is being constructed and in March 2009 we will begin building the first orphan home.
